Private Commission Terms
The working framework for a private FUCK ART commission.

The commission
The artist and customer will agree the subject, dimensions, materials, palette, presentation, price, delivery area and expected timetable in writing before work begins. Private commissions begin at £1,777 unless a different written quotation is agreed.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit secures the commission. The balance is due before dispatch or collection unless the written commission schedule says otherwise. Work begins after the deposit and required creative information are received.
Creative approval and changes
The artist retains creative control within the agreed brief. A material change requested after work begins may change the price or timetable and must be agreed in writing. Minor variations inherent in hand-painted work are not defects.
Timing and delivery
The expected dispatch window is approximately two weeks after the brief, deposit and required approvals are complete, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery area, courier, packaging and any international arrangements will be agreed before the commission is finalised.
Cancellation
Contact studio@fuckart.co.uk immediately if cancellation is requested. Rights and any lawful, proportionate deduction depend on whether work has begun, the bespoke nature of the work and applicable consumer law. Statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Copyright and privacy
Copyright remains with the artist unless separately assigned in writing. Permission will be obtained before publishing customer-identifying information, private correspondence or private installation photographs.
Working customer information approved 26 August 2026. Final customer-facing legal documents should be reviewed by a UK-qualified professional before sales open.
