Copyright, Artwork Use & Provenance
Ownership of a physical artwork is distinct from ownership of its copyright.
Copyright
Copyright and all reproduction, adaptation, merchandising, publication and commercial-use rights remain with the artist unless expressly assigned in a separate signed writing.
Permitted personal use
An owner may display the physical artwork and may take reasonable personal, non-commercial photographs of it. Attribution to FUCK ART and Oiduts Trakcuf is appreciated when an image is shared personally.
Restricted use
The artwork or its image may not be reproduced for sale, used on merchandise, minted or tokenised, licensed, altered for commercial use, used to train an artificial-intelligence system, or used in advertising without prior written permission.
Edition control and provenance
Each emotion is limited to 11 saleable physical prints from the approved digital master. Edition and provenance records may be retained long term to protect authenticity, ownership history and edition integrity.
