Pre-launch status

This website currently accepts registrations of interest only. It does not accept orders or payments. The trader's legal name, genuine geographical service address and final returns information will be displayed before sales open.

Products

FUCK ART offers 1 of 1 original artworks, physical limited-edition prints and made-to-order or genuinely personalised merchandise. Product images are intended to represent each work accurately, but screens and hand-finished processes may produce minor colour or texture variation.

Orders and payment

When sales open, an order will be accepted only when confirmation is issued and payment is successfully authorised. A listing, price, availability or payment error may require an order to be declined or cancelled, in which case sums paid will be refunded.

Originals

Each original is a unique 1 of 1 hand-painted work. The relevant listing will identify its framing, signed merchandise, wax-stamped handwritten Certificate of Ownership and personal message package.

Limited-edition prints

Each emotion is limited to 11 saleable physical prints made from the approved digital master. Prints are hand named and numbered and include a wax-stamped Certificate of Ownership.

Personalised merchandise

Where selected, the customer's name is hand-painted onto a garment as THE OWNER'S MARK. Spelling, placement and personalisation must be approved before production begins.

A genuinely personalised product will not normally qualify for change-of-mind cancellation. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly personalised goods remain unaffected.

Delivery and risk

Free UK delivery is the approved commercial offer, subject to clearly disclosed remote-area or individually agreed arrangements. Risk remains with FUCK ART until goods are delivered into the customer's possession or to a person nominated by the customer.

Cancellation and returns

For eligible standard goods, customers may normally cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. The Returns and Refunds Policy and standard cancellation form form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Copyright and all reproduction, merchandising and commercial-use rights remain with the artist unless expressly assigned in writing. Purchasing a physical work does not transfer copyright.
