Returns, Refunds & Transit Damage

Standard goods

For eligible standard goods bought online, tell us at chunk@fuckart.co.uk within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel. You then normally have another 14 days to return the goods. No reason is required.

Personalised goods

Garments genuinely personalised with the customer's hand-painted name are not normally eligible for change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or personalised incorrectly.

Return delivery cost

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer will pay the disclosed return-delivery charge, based on the business's actual outbound courier cost. The exact amount and return address will be provided before checkout when sales open.

Condition and handling

Customers may examine goods as they reasonably would in a shop and should take reasonable care of them. A deduction for diminished value will be made only where legally permitted.

Faults and damage

Report faults, misdescription or transit damage to chunk@fuckart.co.uk with order details and photographs where possible. A request to report transit damage within 48 hours helps with courier evidence but does not remove statutory rights.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method. For a change-of-mind cancellation, the refund will normally be issued within 14 days after the returned goods are received, or after evidence of return is supplied if earlier. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid will be refunded where the law requires it.
